This is a simple list of common questions regarding JRTwine Software, LLC and its products or services.

Q: Do you engage in Non-Disclosure and Non-Compete Agreements?
A: Yes, we engage in such agreements if the tasks require it.  For example, for Code Inspection/Review services, we will engage in an NDA/NCA so that you can be sure that the results of the review/inspection are not revealed to any 3rd-party and any ideas contained within the code remain safe.

Q: How to I qualify for non-profit or small business discounts?
A: Non-profit discounts apply to both product purchases and services.  Small businesses can only get a discount on services.  Non-profits can submit to us copies of state/government tax-exempt certification materials in order to qualify.  Small businesses should have a D&B DUNS number for their company that contains correct employee count or business size information.
Important: If you wish to receive a discount on product pricing, you MUST contact us first so that you can be provided with information on how to obtain the discount at purchase time.  Discounts cannot be offered after-the-fact.

Q: Do you really have 50+ years of software development experience and 10+ years of .NET experience?  .NET is not that old!
A: Yes, it is true.  You have to take into consideration the different resources that we have at our disposal.  These developers, designers and architects have been working on varied software projects all of their professional lives, and when you total up that experience, it adds up to an staggering amount of talent!
